Enjoy a 30 Minute Pilates Flow class to get you moving and feeling great. Working through the whole body using the traditional exercises you’ll move between stretching and strengthening work which will help elongate the muscles and create a strong and flexible physique. Enjoy the challenge of the movements alongside the calmness of the breathing and attention to detail which is what makes Pilates such a wonderful, as well as effective way to exercise.
In response to the Coronavirus I teach a live class every Friday at 10am to keep people feeling motivated as well as mindful of taking care of their body at this time of self-isolation and lockdown. All the exercises are low impact with an emphasis on building core strength and flexibility.
